Midlife Muscle in Motion

MMM is a 6-week small group training experience for women in midlife who want to learn how to strength train safely and effectively for their changing body’s needs. Keeping the group small ensures you’ll get the individualized attention you need while getting the support of women just like you. We’ll cover the fundamentals so you can lift weights with confidence and become stronger and fitter for life. $300+ tax.
